February 1 – April 30, 2020

In this flexible, self-paced program, we’ll explore:

  • What people need from work in order to be healthy
  • How to lead so that people can make their best contributions

Some of our topics

  • Autonomy
  • Trust
  • Psychological Safety
  • Motivation
  • Inclusivity
  • Incentives

This program can transform your view of leadership if you:

  • enjoy self-directed learning
  • value research evidence
  • are open to challenging conventional thinking
  • can invest time & energy in reading & discussion
  • share responsibility for the health of your group (e.g., leadership, HR, OD, climate committee, wellness program, quality)

This program will feel frustrating if you:

  • dislike reading articles & books written by researchers
  • are focused on fighting fires and don’t currently have the capacity for fire prevention

The fee is $650 per person.

If you choose to buy your own books, the fee is $600.  (Buying your own books also allows you to choose the format you prefer!)

Contact me directly so I can help streamline the registration process for groups of 5 or more.

The program materials are available until April 30.  Registration stays open through March 31.  Even if you join on March 31, you still have access to the entire program for a month, and will have the opportunity to participate in Be Aware at a discounted alumni rate in the future.

Alumni, it’d be great to have you back. The longer these conversations stay alive in your organization, the more likely change will take root.  If you’re an alumnus of Be Aware online, send me a note and I’ll send you a link to sign up at the alumni rate of $150.

Registration is now open.  I hope you’ll join in!
