  • INTRODUCTION

    You might be familiar with climate surveys focused on employee satisfaction and engagement. This questionnaire is designed for a different purpose.

    Although some of the topics are similar, these questions frame a conversation about the design of work.  When we have clarity about the parts of the job that are strengths as well as the weaker parts of the job's design, we can have a realistic conversation about change. Job analysis is also a tool to uncover process issues.

    Record your insights as they occur to you. If you forget to write something into the questionnaire, no worries. That is normal.  It is likely that more insights will occur to you the more time you focus on your job's design.
